The photo above of the Table Mountain Fire in Washington was taken by the Wenatchee Rappel Crew on September 19 as they were on the way to another fire. It’s one of the most interesting fire photos I have ever seen. Congratulations, Wenatchee folks!

Thanks go out to Lone Ranger

  1. One of, if not the most interesting, unique and well composed fire photos I have seen in 30 plus years. Good job to whoever took it.

  2. This photo was taken by Billy Turner of the Wenatchee Valley Rappellers. It was on our way to staff a rappel fire in the Goat Rocks wilderness, Naches RD. Taken on 9/19/2012 @ 1730 hrs 10 miles NE of Cle Elum, WA. Any Questions call our Rappel Base at 509-884-2492
