There are many bushfires burning in Victoria and New South Wales. I am currently rebuilding my computer after wiping it and re-installing everything, so in the interests of time, below are some images sent by some folks down under recently. You should be able to get a sense of what some of the fires are like.

The photo (third photo) of the two persons in a paddock watching the fire front and a SEAT flying is actually in South Australia.
It is taken at our Bangor Fire that has been burning since January 14 started by lightning which has taken out 33000 hectares at this time.
The photo is of a backburn in the south western area which was done a couple of days ago.
I have done 2 deployments to the Bangor Fire as IC and due to go for my third deployment on Thursday. Our IMT deployments are for a 5 day stint.
