The U.S. Senate Friday confirmed Atlanta Fire Chief Kelvin Cochran to become the next administrator of the U. S. Fire Administration. Chief Cochran has previously served as chief of the Shreveport, La. fire department and as the 1st Vice President of the International Association of Fire Chiefs.
