The Wildland Fire Lessons Learned Center has posted reviews of five incidents:
- Safety Review of the Schultz Fire on the Coconino National Forest in Arizona, June, 2010, which burned 15,075 acres.
- Facilitated Learning Analysis of the escape of the Breaks One, Unit Four prescribed fire on the Salmon-Challis National Forest in Idaho, September, 2010, which burned 100 acres of USFS land outside the burn unit.
- Facilitated Learning Analysis of the escape of the Fletcher prescribed fire on the Ouachita National Forest in Arkansas, April, 2010, which burned 212 acres of private land.
- Review of the escape of the Lava Point prescribed fire in Zion National Park, October, 2009.
- Accident Prevention Analysis of the tree felling accident at Crandall Ranger Station on the Shoshone National Forest in Wyoming, September 2010. A 2-minute 3-D animation of the accident is

And speaking of reports, NIOSH released their analysis of the June 23, 2010 accident that killed Chet Bauermeister, chief of the Franklin Fire District 4 in Basin City, Washington, when his snow cat that had been converted to a fire apparatus rolled about 100 feet down a hill while he was working on a vegetation fire.
