Below are some revised maps of the two sections of the Crystal fire west of Fort Collins, Colorado. The footprints of both areas show a shift when compared with the images we obtained from GeoMAC on April 5. The west burned area shifted to the east and the east burned area shifted to the west. There appears to be a bug in GeoMAC’s mapping display system that occurs when zooming in, which occasionally, but not always, shifts the fire perimeter to the east or west. We apologize for the confusion and hope that GeoMAC fixes the bug as soon as possible.
