We grabbed this photo of an interesting thunderhead in southwest South Dakota Tuesday afternoon. I checked the radar, and the cloud was about 45 miles away when the photo was taken at 3:15 MDT.

  1. So I guess the idea that the cloud can spawn more fires is a good thing for those counting on expanding their paychecks. I’m wondering what the folks in Prescott and Yarnell think about that.

  2. Whyyyy…..yes they are……but may be with the history of the Rocky Mountain Region this past two weeks

    That money cloud has about .25 to .83 inch of rain in and around it…..

    Any other bets out and abooot there??
