The photo was taken recently near Granby, Colorado, northwest of Denver, but it could have been western South Dakota as well. Yesterday a blizzard snuck up on us from the southeast and dumped a lot of heavy, wet snow in the Black Hills.
Meanwhile, it is drier than normal in Texas and parts of New Mexico, Oklahoma, Nevada, California and Florida.
