Thi above video shot at the Courtney Fire three miles southeast of Oakhurst, California shows slow motion drops from a DC-10, P2V, S-2, and a couple of other aircraft that are too far away to determine the model. And, check out what appears to be an explosion at 0:29.

Hello, wonderful footage, thank for the chance to view it, yet at 1:35 to 1:37 how close are the two aircraft.
The two aircraft were not close at all. The small twin engine Lead Plane, as you can see at 1:30, was at least 1/10 of a mile ahead of the air tanker. The Lead Plane flew the route where he wanted the air tanker to drop, then made a 90-degree turn so that he could see where the tanker actually dropped. At the location where the Lead Plane made the turn, the tanker, if it turned at all, would have made a much more gentle turn.
The only other air tanker and/or aircraft in the video was a SEAT, which looked like an AT-802F.
The first and third tankers were S2’s. One Seat, one P2 and the 10.
And that was one of the best looking drops I’ve seen of the 10’s.
